HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ON THE SITE?
When confirming your order, simply enter your email address on the “new customers” tab. You have the option to place an order without creating an account.
HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
By calling customer service from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm without interruption, as long as the order in your customer account has the status “Pending”; once the status “In preparation” it will no longer be possible to cancel the order. You will have to make a return. For this, please refer to our General Conditions of Sale.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Your address book allows you to find all your delivery addresses and your billing address. You can also modify the one (s) that you have already saved (s) or add as many as you want. You can change your delivery and / or billing address by going to the “My Account” section and then to the “My Address Book” sub-section.
